I've skinned up (made) yet another phat reefer (level).

This is my tribute to Thomas Andersson's level "pipeline" (I hope he doesn't
mind.  BIG thankyou to him if he doesn't).  To make it, I just cut up the
original level and pasted it into a new shape.  There is plenty of pipes this
time round and waaaay too many places to hide and ambush people.  The
'half-pipe' at the top of the level was supposed to be a full pipe but being
the dopey blighter that I am, I forgot that the ceiling wouldn't be solid
there.  I didn't try anything fancy with the graphics because I wanted to keep
the style from Pipline intact (the only difference in the graphics is that the
solid bricks are a shade darker, though don't ask me why).
