Skull Cave

For some reason Dott has died, and has been replaced with a large skull 
which no way near represents the size of his original head.
The level takes place in a cave with a skull in it, hence the name, skull 
cave.
The music came from zaba.simplenet.com and is called "condom corruption" by 
travolta/spaceballs.
